ELECTIONS

Absentee ballots can be issued for the following reasons:

  • My active service in the Armed Forces of the United States
  • My absence from the town of residence
  • Sickness
  • My religious tenets forbid secular activity on the day of the election, primary or referendum
  • My duties as a primary, election or referendum official at a polling place other than my own during all of the hours of voting
  • Physical disability

ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION 

You can come in and apply and receive an absentee ballot.  You must be registered to vote in order to get a ballot.

REGISTER TO VOTE 

You can come to the Town Hall to register to vote in the Registrar of Voter's office.  

FEDERAL POST CARD APPLICATIONS 

Used by the military, military families, and citizens overseas to be able to vote in primaries and elections.

Electors with permanent disabilities are eligible for permanent absentee ballot status. Please email the Town Clerk for more information.
